Amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic, my clients embarked on a bold endeavor: remodeling their newly acquired home from top to bottom. What began as a risky decision evolved into one of my most cherished projects, offering a welcome distraction during those anxious times.

In the heart of the home, the kitchen became a focal point of innovation and style. Opting for the Café series by GE for appliances introduced a refreshing departure from the ubiquitous stainless steel, infusing the space with a sense of contemporary elegance. The choice of a marble-honed look quartz countertop added a touch of timeless sophistication, complemented by a striking navy blue island. Despite the modest footprint of the kitchen, the soaring cathedral ceiling created an illusion of spaciousness, further accentuated by the addition of tall wall cabinets.

However, the true pièce de résistance of the kitchen lies in its playful backsplash and custom painted hood, injecting a dose of personality and charm into the space.
